This is the page where I can tell you a little more about me.  I have been a Florida State licensed Realtor for over 6 years and am the Broker/Owner of Churchill Real Estate located in Fort Myers.

I first started coming to the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area over 15 years ago on family holidays to visit close relatives who live in the area.  Like many fellow Brits, my husband and I got the urge to purchase a second home in the sunshine for us to enjoy and maybe make a little money on as an investment.  In 2001 we took the plunge and purchased a property in the area that we run as a vacation rental home.

In 2004 we left the UK and relocated to the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area full time.  Once a resident, I noticed there was a gap in the market for a Realtor offering impartial, honest advice on what it really takes financially to own a second home and what kind of property makes a successful vacation rental.
